Pinterest is great for finding new recipes. Unfortunately they don’t always turn out. This one did though!
To top it off its suuuuuper simple. I did make a few tweaks, as the original recipe called for milk, and I am lactose intolerant.
- 1 Cup Chocolate, chopped
- 1 TBS of milk or milk substitute(I used almond milk)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows(or more depending on your preference)
- Graham Crackers for dipping
Mix your chocolate and milk in a microwave\oven safe dish. Heat for 30 sec in microwave. Mix. Repeat until chocolate has mostly melted And mix in completely with milk.
Cover with marshmallows.
Put in oven with broiler on for 3-5 min. Keep an eye on it because your marshmallows can go from light gold to charred black faster than you’d expect.
Now dip your graham crackers and enjoy. Careful it’s hot!
